I completed a task called HPE. In this task I did 'Bring Sally Up and Bring Sally Down' challenge.
Firstly I chose what exercise I wanted to do and I selected Squat.
Next I started the video and started Squat. The video was 3 minutes and 35 seconds
Then when it said - bring Sally down, I bent down on my knees. When it said - bring Sally up I was a little straight .
Finally I stopped the video and linked it to the blog post.
I need to practice doing squats frequently because when I finished exercising my legs were hurting.
